Non-UA students can take our online courses for credit as a non-degree seeking student, but a minor will not be awarded. The NSC minor can only be awarded to degree seeking students currently attending the University of Arizona.

In order to declare the minor you must be a UA student with a declared major. HOWEVER, anyone can take our courses for credit by signing up as a non-degree seeking student.
You need to complete 18 units of approved courses to achieve the minor. This is equivalent to 6 courses.
Although all of the courses are offered online during the summer, NSC 101 and NSC 310 are also offered during the regular semesters.
DECLARE THE MINOR
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to officially declare the minor.
- NSC 101 must be taken prior to the other courses
- NSC 255, NSC 310, NSC 353 and NSC 375 also count towards tier II general education at the U of A.
- All students (both in and out of state) pay in-state tuition during the summer sessions.
